1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Shortening
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Water
2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 C. Flour
Chocolate chips (I use 1/2 of a 12 ounce pkg, I also don't care for a lot of chocolate chips in my cookies)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together sugars, shortening and eggs. Add rest of ingredients being careful to not overmix. Bake for approximately 8 minutes.
